The information and organizations range from informational, harm reduction, counseling, anonymous programs and peer support, to medical intervention and treatment. SUD Services for all ages. Intakes and assessments are available 10am-3pm Monday- Friday, appointment preferred but walk-ins welcome: referral for Alcohol Drug Information School (20 hr education). They also offer psychiatric services around diagnosis and medication management, and must be in individual or group therapy to receive those services. Takes insurance/Medicaid.

The intention of this hotline is to prevent overdoses and save lives. Call or visit the website chat room, if you are using drugs alone so they can call for help if you accidentally overdose.

The People's Harm Reduction Alliance (PHRA) is a community-based nonprofit and drug user empowerment organization that has provided harm reduction and other health services to people who use drugs in the Pacific Northwest since 2007. We currently operate programs in Seattle, Kitsap and King Counties, as well as a mail-order program serving all of Washington State. Individuals who reside in Washington State can order Naloxone for FREE and have it mailed directly at no cost to them via the ORDER FREE NALOXONE tab on their website.


The R.E.A.L Outreach Team

Call 360-385-0321 Ext: 154 in Jefferson County. This outreach team is available to people of all ages in Jefferson County providing harm reduction, culturally inclusive, and trauma informed services to people experiencing substance use and mental health distress. During outreach services they can provide tents, blankets, rain ponchos, sometimes clothes, and other basic human needs to withstand the elements experiencing during homelessness. Free.
